Kingfisher

I’m lucky enough to have many kingfishers living in the river near me and the rapid flash of blue and distinctive call never fails to lift the spirts.  This one is made from recycled china and the beak modelled from epoxy, fixed to a live edge piece of oak from the very same riverbank.
