Puffins - these small, stocky seabirds are always comical and earn their nickname - Clowns of the Sea.  I'm lucky enough to have watched them several times in their colonies in Scotland and Ireland and can highly recommend the experience. 

Made  from vintage china on a wooden base, comes ready to hang in an indoor location.
